We know you're keen to get your new gear out on the tracks! We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey straight to your door.
Exchanges & Credit Notes 🔄
If your item isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit notes to help you find the perfect fit for your next adventure.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days at the buyers expense.

Faulty Items? We’ve Got You Covered ✅
We take pride in the quality of the gear we send out, but if something arrives and it isn’t up to scratch, we’ll make it right. If an item is faulty:

Email us a photo of the fault.

We will offer a full refund, a replacement, or a repair at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping: If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping costs to get the faulty item back to us.
